The work, done right
BAMS is a commercial building maintenance and construction company serving western Montana. We do two kinds of work: we keep occupied buildings running with responsive repairs and upkeep, and we remodel and build out spaces when it's time to turn them for the next tenant.
What sets us apart is a self-performing crew. The trades that make up most of a build-out or a unit turn — framing, drywall, trim, doors, paint, and flooring — we handle ourselves. That means we don't wait on a chain of subcontractors to hand work off to each other, and we can move a project on a timeline that keeps your building earning.
When a job calls for a licensed trade — electrical, plumbing beyond fixture level, or advanced HVAC — we bring in vetted vendors and manage the work as your single point of accountability. You get specialized licensed trades without having to source and chase three different vendors.
